About Tim

From World Junior Champion to England's U19 head of coaching.

I picked up a squash racket as a kid in Sussex and never really put it down. By 12 I was England No.1, by 19 I was part of the England team that won the World Juniors in Cairo, and by 22 I'd qualified as a Level 4 Professional Elite Coach — the sport's top coaching grade.

Since then I've spent over two decades in the game: captaining Sussex Men's for 16 years, playing in the PSL for 22 seasons, winning the British Open Over 35s twice, and coaching juniors who've gone on to wear the England shirt themselves. I'm currently Head Coach at Chichester Racquets & Fitness Club and England Squash's Lead Coach at U19.

My philosophy is simple: great technique, honest feedback, and a serious work ethic — delivered with a bit of humour. I coach complete beginners, county hopefuls and elite tour players, and I enjoy all of it.
